Concrete prep
Diamond-ground, not acid-etched
We grind the slab to a CSP-2 profile, then chase and fill every crack. Without that, nothing bonds. This is where cheap floors fail.

Primer
The layer you never see
A thin, low-viscosity epoxy wicks into the pores and locks the whole system into the concrete.
6–8 mil · 100% solids -
Base coat
Pigmented, rolled, seamless
100%-solids epoxy in your base colour. No solvents, so the house does not smell like a body shop.
10–12 mil · zero VOC -
Flake broadcast
Broadcast until the base cannot hold more
Vinyl flake goes onto the wet base until it cannot hold any more. Full coverage, no thin spots.
¼″ blend · full broadcast -
Polyaspartic topcoat
The clear coat that takes the abuse
Scrape, vacuum, then a UV-stable polyaspartic clear. Boots, dropped pans, dog claws, the kids' scooter.
8–10 mil · UV stable · 1 hr recoat

What happens while you are at work.

Grind
Diamond cup wheels open the slab. Dust is pulled at the source, not into your house.
- Day 1 · noon
Repair & prime
Cracks chased and filled, pitting patched, primer rolled while the slab is clean.
- Day 1 · 4pm
Base coat & flake
Pigmented base goes down; flake is broadcast to refusal before it kicks.
- Day 2 · 9am
Scrape & topcoat
Loose flake scraped and vacuumed, then the polyaspartic clear locks it all in.
- Day 3
Walk on it
Light foot traffic. Move the furniture back in.
- Day 5
Live on it
Fully cured for appliances, furniture, and whatever the kids drag across it.
Two days on site, start to finish. We grind on day one and you walk on it on day three.
